Yeah, getting onto the site isn't hard. I can't sign up though. No matter what I use.
VPN didn't work for me either. The membership doesn't seem possible to get for US residents.

A number of Japanese merchants have issues with credit cards that are issued by banks outside of Japan, and some of the credit card processors have changed their policies to make it hard on JAV sites (that was what brought down r18.com).
