First and foremost, get an attorney well-versed in family law. You are afforded some protections from paying child support just by not putting your name on the birth certificate. Even so, you will need to forfeit all parental rights early on, preferably as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed to be off the hook completely. As someone else said, this won't stop the resulting child from tracking you down later in their life. An attorney can help you with that part as well.

You left this out but you should look into making your arrangement a legally binding contract. You both want to have the shared understanding you're just the Sperm Donor and nothing more. If it's someone you barely know, you want to keep them at arm's length. If they wanna show graditude, they should pay you.

You mentioned you have Autism. An unfortunate thing that happens is some people like to taked advantage of others and I wonder if that's what's going on here. I assume she knows about your Fetish and that's specifically why she asked you to know her up. She wants to play with you and that's a pretty fucked up motive to bring a child into the world.

As someone said, Pregnancy is temporary. Once the baby is born it won't be fun and games anymore. if you're in your early 20s you really need to ask yourself "Do I really want to be responsible for taking care of a child I didn't want or plan for over the next 18 years?"

You're welcome. I know it makes things tough, but I found that the more you know, the better you're able to cope with it. When I started finding out more about aspergers, I noticed that I do a lot of the things associated with aspergers, that I never really realized where apart of my aspergers. Knowing that, I can work on those areas to help improve myself in those areas. Now I know I won't be able to completely overcome it, and I don't want to, but I know that I can at least try to improve myself in those areas, and make social interaction a little bit easier.

Heres something else you might want to factor in. Im sure you want to have repeated sex with her throughout the pregnancy. Some pregnant women dont get horny at all. I had a friend like that. She got pregnant and never got horny. She tried to oblige me with sex many times but couldnt get turned on to save her life. And yes, once you feel that baby kick it really dawns on you how serious this is. It wasnt my child, its a friends, but I realized that this is a life, an innocent person brought into the world and I cant just go knocking women up just for craps and giggles. Then remember the original point, what if she gets pregnant and refuses all sex? So now you have this woman pregnant with your baby, you might get some pics once in awhile but no sex for you!

I also want to add that Ive heard even if you relinquish parental rights you can be forced to pay child support. Not to mention the obvious. The child may come looking for you. IIRC there have been alot more cases like that recently and the law is leaning towards the children finding their parents.

Look, no matter which way you slice it this is a bad idea. The lady might be playing you and she might not. Maybe she has the best of intentions but no one knows the future. The economy is crap and if she gets laid off whats to stop her from tracking you down? I know doctors who got laid off man so Im not sure what job she has but she isnt immune. Then she cannot stop the child from tracking you down in the future so thats always a possibility. How would you explain it to him / her? Think of yourself, think of how youd feel if your father whom you never saw in your life told you that you came from something like this. Me? Id snap and possibly punch him out. Id hate to be the result of someone trying to get their rocks off and really thats all this is.

Remember, this is an innocent life. Above all think of the child being brought into this and think of yourself. Would you want to be brought into this mess?

You are right, but honestly sex during the pregnancy never even crossed my mind. I'm not going to do it. I have decided, but I appreciate everyone's advice and understanding.

Women who have good jobs and honestly do not want any father (right now) in the life of their child go to sperm banks. The law, regardless of what you agree on verbally or orally is clear, if you are the father by blood - you are instantly responsible for financially supporting that child.

You'd be nuts if you did this, thank god you decided not to.

You cannot relinquish your fillation with a child that is yours by blood except by death or an order of the court against you.

Also if you marry a woman with existing children, even if you have not had your own biological children with her if you are divorced you very likely will have to pay child support.

If you date a woman long enough with a young child that is not yours and create a bond with it - she can sue you for child support and potentially win.

Don't let fantasy get in the way of reality.
