I have alot of videos some of which I want to share on here but my internet sucks so I cant upload most of the time so I was thinking what if a setup ftp share on my router to allow access (read only) to a seperate hard drive to maybe few people who are willing to download and then re-upload them on Mega (since google doesnt want fix the limit issue). I've never done this before so i don't know if doing so will further reduce my internet speeds or not.
so what are your guys thoughts on this?

I think you'd be better off uploading them to Mega yourself. Having a stranger crawl around on your machine and then do it is adding security and complexity issues to something that can be kept pretty simple.

While you're technically correct, it just isn't a great plan...
And look, transmitting the data out -- whether it's to Mega or to an individual -- is going to be slow if you've got bad internet. Again, why make this complicated? Just upload to Mega. It will take forever but it's the straightest and safest path to getting everything online.
