My biggest fantasy is that my girlfriend becomes a Surrogate mother! (when i have a girlfriend).
Helping other people that can´t get pregnant is cool too

I would love to be in a polyamorous triad relationship where at least one of the women involved is a serial surrogate. Damn.

That'd be awesome!

Finding a woman who'd be willing to be a serial baby-maker is ideal. She'd either have to be into it herself, find the money worth it, or just be alright with going along and indulging in your fetish. Or a combination of the three. Big Grin

If you work with an agency, no surrogacy agency will take her unless she has already been pregnant.

Specifically, she has to have had and kept her own child. They're afraid she'll poop out someone else's baby and refuse to give it up. Personally I think it's quite patronizing, but I don't make the rules.

That's not it at all. It's to make sure that the surrogate has a track record of healthy, normal pregnancies and a stable family life. There is a psych evaluation involved, but the aspect you've mentioned (trying to maintain possession of the child) is very explicitly defined in a legally binding contract long before any IVF procedures take place, much less before the birth of the child. In order to go through with the surrogacy the surrogate has to completely forfeit any custodial claims to the child. Not that it was ever hers to begin with, since the child would have none of her genetic material.

Good to know.

Here's a story in my local news about a surrogate who's also had a family:

Interesting that it's illegal in Australia to get compensated for being a surrogate, yet they allow the surrogate to donate her own egg for surrogacy (which is illegal in most if not all US states).
