baby-gaga and tumblr are the sites with the most (accessible) sources indeed. But I think there is much more we haven't find yet. A problem is the invisibility for google and other search engines and the non-public albums in facebook & co.
Here is a teen pregnancy forum but it´s only available for registered user and I don't whether it is worth to get an account. They have 500+ pages in their bump thread.

I've been using facebook lately- you can search public posts for things related to pregnancy. If their posts are already public their pictures are more likely to be public. I've gotten two really good ones from there recently. I find using words like "pregnant" can work, but can also be too general. Sometimes I'll be very specific and search for something like "40 weeks pregnant" and get a few.

I use metroflog.com, fotolog.com and enfemenino.com
None of them require registration, which is good.
Try using these key words on any website and you might find more pix:
Embarazada (pregnant)
gravida (pregnant)
panzona (big bellied girl)
barrigona (big bellied girl)
barriga (big belly)
panza (belly)
pancita (Cutesy belly)
preñada (pregnant)
embarazo (pregnancy)
meses (months)
semanas (weeks)

No spaces though.
They make instagram on both the droid and iphone now.
If you only have a computer. google search statigram and use that website. all the same photos for the computer though.  ))))
