So, I run a pregnancy related blog called The Preggo Lover. I really enjoy doing it, and it makes me happy that so many people are into what I'm posting. I get most of my content either from other blogs like myself or from the pregnant/pregnancy tag, and I try not to be graphic or creepy with it. I have some followers though that will reblog things that I find in the pregnant tag (aka people who are posting photos of their pregnancies) and add really vulgar captions. I know I'm not responsible for their actions, but I feel bad still because they got the picture from me.

For those of you out there that run similar blogs, do you guys get content from the tags at all? How do you guys handle when your followers start making the actual people involved uncomfortable?
