Hmmm....
I'd be tempted to say a cautious "yes" to either relatively early pregnancy or maybe a couple of months postpartum. Why? Her breasts for starters. secondly, do I spot a faint linea nigra? Thirdly...and it might be just 'me', but her belly button seems slightly wider and shallower than I recall.
We'll soon tell in a couple of months. A case of 'watch this space'.
