Great discussion and comments!

Of course I will always have my memories, and some photos to remind me. I guess that's what makes it bittersweet is, when going through the photos and memories, that's all they are and ever will be.
And it should go without saying, and I don't need to say this on an internet forum but I will anyway, of course I love my wife and enjoy being with her immensely just for the amazing human being she is.

Both of those considered it's still sometimes a little sad to know that that's it. I'll probably go to my grave without another experience like that. And that's the reality of it. And I accept it. Just... ugh!
