so who here is sub that wants to record and share with the class i will help you out

step 1 download and install obs
step 2 go into the obs setting's output to set the quality and recorded format to determine how big or small you want the video to be mine is high quality, medium file size mp4 format
step 3 go into the hotkeys settings and set a hotkey for start and stop recording mine are set on shift+z and shift+x for example

Dont think it works on PC... only on mobile. I couldnt find any way to find out how she was live when logged in on PC, but it showed up on the mobile app.

Live again. She is now after the appointment so she got US mislead. No live from the membrane sweep

Yeah she got a membrane sweep but it's not what you think. A membrane sweep is when the doctor pushes their finger between the cervix and amniotic sac to loosen it to help speed up labor. Just want to clarify that

Dont you guys have widgets built into your phones to screen record? My Goggle Pixel 4a 5G has it. Not sure about Apple's tho, never had one
