Hey, long shot here:

There was a comic (I think) on deviant art I can't find. It was a woman sitting on a computer chair saying "you should be more careful with leaving your used fleshlights around; you know how much I want a baby. I've been taking fertility pills all day" and it's a sequence of images of her getting EPIC huge then giving birth. 

Anyone know of it or where to find it?
