Everyone has things that turn them on, turn them off, or totally fail to get their interest. That is going to vary from person to person, and sometimes will be a combination of interests that will not work for everyone. Clearly someone is into pregnant bellies AND feet, and that is okay, provided that the pictures posted are obviously pregnant (this IS a pregnancy board, after all). 
It is worth mentioning that in the later months of pregnancy water retention and swelling feet are known symptoms, which could be to the foot fetishist what swollen belies are to your average pregnancy lover.
