The Sims games are the only ones that I can think of.

There's quite a bit more than you'd think. Most of it is text-based, but there's still a fair amount of it that is not.

Pregchan has a pretty hefty list recorded that is a mix of VNs, RPG-Maker games, and text-based games:

Hate to necro, but I just picked up Sims 4 and imo is the best pregnant video game. Thanks to a couple of mods, I was able to easily make some pregnant porn with my Sims.

I use Whickwhims along with some fan-made sex animations as well as MC Command to accelerate the pregnancy to the 3rd trimester.
