If they make one with a realistic and large 9 month belly, then they'll have more success. That doll barely looks pregnant.

One of these sites has a special custom order link, where gift can quite literally specify the exact dimensions of a sex doll. And if you provide proper imagery, you can even get a relatively massive belly on it, as well.
