Can we say pregnant porn is practically just belly porn (or stomach porn)?

When you categorize porn, the thing you focus on the most is usually what you call it, whether it's a specific body part, a specific act or specific attributes of the performers. For example; "big boobs" porn focuses on the breasts, "anal" focuses on the anus being penetrated, interracial focuses on the race of the performers, etc. Now, I get that a porn video can fall under multiple categories, but the thing that makes it the most unique or niche is what you usually identify it as.  A regular blowjob scene between a guy and girl would only be categorized as "blowjob" but a blowjob scene between a guy and girl of different races would be categorized as interracial. Anal sex between a guy and girl would just be categorized as anal, but anal sex between 2 guys would be categorized as gay. 

In this fetish, the belly is pretty much the centerpiece. You can even have pregnant porn with just the belly. If a performer is pregnant in a video but doesn't show her belly, then it cant really be called "pregnant" porn. Similarly, if a performer with big boobs makes a video but completely covers them up, then you can't really call it "big boob" porn.

Definitely agree on this view. It varies. But for me, it’s the idea of fertility and the growing bump that I’m after with this fetish. Sometimes I delve into inflation, vore, expansion, etc.. Most of the time though, it’s pregnancy-oriented based off of how big the bump is. After all, the bigger the better. There’s people here only into growing bellies, others like the breeding aspects. Everyone kinda puts their own unique spin on it because of their past experiences and what they really find erotic or sexy.

The belly is certainly important. As long as you can see the woman in the video is pregnant it is pregnant porn. A pregnant belly bulging underneath a maternity top or hanging out of clothes that are too small is a nice tease. Pregnant porn and belly porn are two different categories however they can be considered related. There are obviously different types bellies, food bloated, BBW, pregnancy. In porn if a woman covers up her assets we call that a crime against humanity! This is porn, admiring your body is what I’m here for, without it what’s the point?

To answer the question: If fetishes were a Venn diagram I’d say that pregnancy and belly worshiping would be interlocked circles the one thing they have in common is belly, there are aspects of each fetish that keeps them separate.

Definitely not just a belly fixation, every feature of a woman's body, particularly her heavily feminine aspects, are transformed in the course of a pregnancy.

I agree with your first point. I guess guys who are also into stuffing and BBWs can fixate on the girl's belly. 
As for your second point, I wouldn't limit the pregnancy fetish to just "fertility"... From a biological standpoint, I know nothing screams fertility as much as pregnancy, but with assisted reproductive technology, women can still get pregnant nowadays without having to be "fertile" i.e gestational surrogates. Moreover, a lot of us in this kink are into surrogates and "older" pregnant women (geriatric pregnancies). There are even cases of grandmothers (post menopausal women) who carried their grandchild.

But so much pregnant porn ignores the belly.

I wish it was closer to belly and bellybutton fetish porn.
