If you can think of any notable ones from shows like Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune,etc. , feel free to share their names and what show they appeared pregnant on. I'll start with a pretty well-known one, Jessica Robinson, the first millionaire winner on Deal or No Deal.

you know why its kinda hard to see some pregnant game/quiz contestant because you need to looked all the episode manually/one by one to see if there was pregnant participant and even there was pregnant participant, mostly of the time they not showed much/for not long time

During my time trapped in my apartment a few years ago (you know, that time....) I had begun trying to compile a list of Feud episodes, primarily in the Harvey era that contained pregnant family members. It didn't really continue once I went back to work, but I can tell you that the following episodes contain pregnant family members:
The Memic family (original airdate 18 Sep 2018)
The McCullough family (original airdates 20, 21, and 24 Sep 2018)
The Battle family (original airdate 1 Feb 2019)
The Booker family (original airdate 11 Feb 2019)
The Barber family (original airdates 18, 19, and 20 Feb 2019)
The Miller family (original airdate 25 Feb 2019)
The Taylor family (original airdate 18 Sep 2019)
The Schroeder family (original airdates 22, 23, and 26 Oct 2020)

There are certainly many many more, my research was done basically by whatever new and rerun episodes were recorded on my DVR. There are also a couple from Steve Harvey's first and second seasons that I vaguely remember, such as the Finch family that if I remember correctly featured three pregnant sisters, but I don't know airdates for those. Does anyone know if full seasons are available anywhere without having to wait for them to come up in syndication?

I also never quite had a good way to rip the videos from the YouTubeTV DVR to my computer to make compilations, short of using OBS in realtime, so that hampered my efforts to make any compilations.

I could be wrong but I think both Amena and Lejla in the Memic family were pregnant.

That Australian Price Is Right clip is a classic, good catch! Speaking of which, I saw this clip the other day from a '70s episode of the American version and there was this one contestant named Sherri (the one with the green shorts). The tape was somewhat fuzzy, making it difficult to discern, and she didn't bring the topic up with the host, but I have a suspicion she might be pregnant. I could be wrong, but you be the judge.

I'll also throw in another pair of Family Feud throwbacks where there’s no doubt these contestants are with child.
