Are there any good games out there where you can create a pregnant character? I know of the Sims, and there was an old GameCube game I played called WWE Day of Reckoning where you could make your female wrestler's stomach big to the point where it looks pregnant. Any others?

Lust Doll, an RPG made by Indivi. You can create a female character in this game, and get her knocked up if you have fertility pills. The Pregnancy kink needs to be enabled in the sanctum. You even give birth eventually in this game! Lust Doll Plus heavily expands upon the pregnancy kink!

There is another porn game with a character creator. Degrees of Lewdity by Vrelnir. This game lets you create a female character. There is anal pregnancy in this game. People are still asking for normal pregnancy. Normal pregnancy may later be implemented.
There is also all 4 Fenoxo games and Lilith's Throne by Innoxia. They do have a character creator and definitely have pregnancy. However, these games are very light on visuals. The character you create is described in text. There isn't any visual of the chracter you create.
Lastly, there's the 5 main Bethesda games: Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 4. These 5 games all have a character creator. The games themselves don't have pregnancy, but there are a lot of porn mods for these games, including ones with pregnancy. Enjoy getting your character knocked up!

Well, there's one that isn't a porn game, it's just a generic dressup game that uses a pregnant woman as the base template. I actually saved it so I could run it on an emulator after Flash shut down.

If you got a good computer and a little knowledge you can download AAF Family Planning Enhanced for fallout 4, I would pair it up with Just Business and/or sex um up depending on how evil you feel that day.
