A better question would be if she didn't get knocked up by accident. Otherwise that means you couldn't get the job done and she found someone would doesn't shoot blanks.

Yes I would stay with her because I’m not going to be the one that will be legally responsible for the baby. So I would be there to enjoy watching her body transform and experiencing all of my pregnancy fantasies. Once she pops I’ll send her on her way to be with her baby daddy. A situation like this is perfect for a guy like me that wants to be with a pregnant woman but does not want kids.

Usually I’d like to think being the bigger person involved staying with a spouse during their pregnancy, but if they cheat then all decency is gone. At that point, keep them around for the pregnancy but once they deliver, they’re done

I kinda agree with you. I'd be strongly tempted to take care of her through the pregnancy and demand a DNA test on the child before signing the birth certificate. The result would be no match, of course, and I'd be gone.
If she told me up front it was someone else's kid, I'd help her lock down the dad for child support. Then, after the baby was born, I'd be gone.

Would not stay, long term might consider playing dumb or nicer than I really am through the pregnancy, but probably not even that.
I’m bothered by the cheating more than the kid not being mine. I’ve had 3 friends with benefits rungs with pregnant girls, and those were among the highlights of my life.
