Let me be the first to state that : I am not here to denounce pregnant BBW content pics/videos, I’m merely curious on what makes these BBW attractive. I respect all sorts of desires, and it will be hypocritical for me to denounce a niche category coming from the fact that pregnant fetishism (maiesiophilia) is a niche genre.

I wish someone who is interested would kindly share with me his outlook upon BBW pregnant women

My interest lies in pregnant women on these certain features (my opinion),
1) Pregnant belly and how sexy the huge belly looks throbbing out from the torso. To me, a thinner frame that makes the belly look bigger/heavier/tighter is incredibly sexy. I am curious how flabby/fats around the belly area can appeal. I’m merely wondering how this appeals to some men, because to me if your body is able to make you look more pregnant = sexier (since pregnancy is the main turn-on anyway)

2) Body proportions. To me, a nice set of tits, followed by a round belly that follows afterward looks sexy af. Sometimes I don’t even look at the girl, I look at the shadow she casts against a wall and marvel at how pregnant she looks in the shadow itself. Proportions is everything. She can be plump, big sized, but above all have to look steadily pregnant. Not when her tits takes up more space than her belly, or if you can’t even tell if she’s pregnant or just overweight.

3) Baby movements. You have to agree that most women with baby movement videos or videos where you can see the baby’s head, body outline, have a tight belly. The tighter the skin stretches around the belly, the more obvious that she’s carrying a full grown fetus. Perhaps the only reason why women around 5 months onwards look sexier because it is for the fact that they look more and more pregnant. Again, I find this feature missing around BBW women.

Again, this is just a question, that I wish to know. Above are all the points I look for in things that turn me on that are missing or suppressed in BBW women but I don’t deem them to be wrong or disgusting. I am just curious in what other features that perhaps I don’t know of, that turns men on with BBW women.

It's true that some of us are into slim and fit pregnant women, and I think you did a fine job in putting this as objectively as possible. I'm curious too...

As this is an incredibly subjective topic, it's difficult to answer. It's almost like a fan of redheads asking a brunette fan why they like brunettes. One could point to the fact that with redheads there is such a contrast of color between hair and body (and everything else really), that they are relatively rare, etc. And it simply wouldn't matter.

I like the skinny preggos as much as the next guy, but I do collect photos of some larger women and may have a higher "weight limit" than some. That said, I'm not a huge (pun intended) BBW fan and whereas my collection of pregnancy pics numbers in the tens of thousands, I have only a few hundred pics of non-pregnant heavyset women. Here are the best explanations I can come up with:

1. I don't know - that's just the way it is.

2. Larger women tend to have more curves, to an extent, and it's safe to say that everyone here is into curves.

3. If we are size whores - at least when it comes to the belly - then what's the harm in applying that to the rest of the body, especially if you are like me and are into other types of body expansion? There are plenty of people on this forum that love to see a skinny woman put on some pregnancy weight as it tends to emphasize the areas we like best. Some women just have a head start on this.

4. For me personally, the only feature that truly matters is the face. If a 110lb woman has a face that looks like she was born in a barn, I'll pass, regardless of how disproportionately huge and perfect her belly gets. If a >200lb woman has a cute/hot face (and, again, this gets very subjective, but chubby girls with slender hot faces are a huge vice of mine) then I'm probably subscribing to her newsletter regardless. For instance, see the girl below. She is not pregnant but she has an extremely attractive face (IMO) and, unlike with most heavyset women, she's barely gained any weight in her face (the extra dimples and jowls tend to make women look older), has a minimal double chin, etc. If she were to get pregnant then you bet your ass I'd be all over it.

Also, how do you even classify a girl as a BBW? That threshold is pretty low for some here (and even for some of the women that use it on themselves), so a girl that some might consider to be a "BBW" I would label as merely "plump" or "chubby". Then again, someone that I actually consider to be a BBW may be someone else's SSBBW. This is why I kind of hate the "BBW" term anyway: because it's so all-encompassing to the point that the same word can be used to describe a 175lb woman or a 400lb woman.
