Your best bet is doing a general pregnancy search google image search. Specifically look for pregnancy images posted on blogs. You'll have to sift through quite a bit of photos but, you'll find a good number pregnant women in jeans.
On a side note, I remember the woman in photo #2. Or rather finding her on an old photo site some years ago(around 2007). I think the site was webshots? Or maybe it was photobucket?
, mostly search results are product sites or anything like that. Any hints?
