Pregnancy Cult Idea

I have this idea of starting a cult based around pregnant women. It would be kind of a mix between the Amish and the Quiverfull Christian movement. A group of people and I would live somewhere out in the country and live our own lives making babies, building our own houses, making our own clothes, growing our own food, and worshiping some pregnant goddess.

Some part of me thinks that, with the right people and the right support, it could work. Yet, another part of me thinks I'm losing my mind. What do you think?

I mean we'd have some idol that both men and women would worship. Kind of like this. Of course, the actual pregnant women would be revered as well. Smile

Having many children would be a requirement to maintain that sort of lifestyle. Look how big families used to be, back in the day. Just start farming or something.

Cults are a very dangerous thing; just think of Jonestown and the Branch Davidians. Sure I love the idea of living with a bunch of girls I can knock up whenever I want, but as a Christian I would never forsake my God and worship an idol. Cults are just plain dangerous; even with the best of intentions inevitably people end up getting hurt.
