Well for the milk in the breasts, considering you're both are still young, I'm not sure if she would be able to without taking a daily regime of hormones to help her body stimulate to lactate, or if she somehow develops Galactorrhea. You can however get a fake strap on breast, stick a small balloon full of milk inside each boob,poke a hole through the areolas, and let her wear it.

As for the belly, you can invest in a convincing looking fake bump, or use a pillow, ball, blanket, or anything.

Do some research on ANR (adult nursing relationships) and ABF (adult breastfeeding). If you are on her tits like all the time, you could potentially stimulate lactation. When you don't have time to nurse from her, she'll have to pump -- even if nothing's happening yet.

But hey, it could be a fun project for you two to work together on.
