It's more of a similarity of how the abdomen are still shaped as Pregnant Bellies, regardless of actual anatomy correctness. You'll mostly see Vore as someone's fetish here because it still associates itself with Pregnant-like Bellies and/or popped belly buttons. Though, some still like the aspect of eating someone alive or being eaten alive.

Vore is definitely a fetish in terms of categorizing what is and what isn't a fetish.

Vorarephilia - The erotic desire to consume or be consumed whole. This defers from cannibalization as it refers to butchering an individual of the same species. Both of which involve murder, sexual objectification, and power over their victims.

Personally, I dislike Vore.


As for Breasts, again, mostly has to do with Pregnancy.
