This is a pretty old video that i know more than one has seen in here at some point...Do someone knows where this clip came from originally?? It looks like recordings about asking stuff to random people around a street, but i don't have idea. Any help is welcome

There isnt much of anything else to my recollection. It was just that short clip. The guy filming clearly has the kink, that was the only clip he uploaded.
