I think she might be a little bit bigger than Octomom, but my guess is that she started off heftier and with super stretchy skin, whereas Octomom started off with tummy skin that didn't have a lot of give, but grew to have one of the biggest bellies in history due to the sheer number of babies that filled her uterus, forcing her belly skin to stretch far beyond what's natural just to hold them all. The stretch marks tell the full story here- this woman's belly looks pretty smooth, whereas Suleiman's was bright red, lumpy, and covered in veins.

But this is just wild speculation, I'm not an obstetrician.

She never said how big any of them were, but looking at her photos I'm guessing she's very short (I'd guess 5'1) and her Husband is really tall. Also She said her babies always lie horizontally as well
