After scouring Google image search for probably ten hours over the course of four days, I still can't find what I'm looking for.

It's an old sepia tone photograph with a very pregnant woman on a stretcher, and what looks like a surgeon or some other doctor type off to the left. I think it was a late 19th to early 20th century pic meant to catalog an example of a multiple pregnancy.

I had this image before, but lost it in an sd card crash. I will be grateful if anyone can help dig it up. Thanks!

its from a turn of the century obsterical text book my grand mother had this bookit had many such photos in it she was a nurse who worked in a maternity ward during the 40s
