I've just gone down a rabbit hole of old Never Mind the Buzzcocks clips on youtube and noticed this little exchange between Mark Lamarr and Kathryn Williams, who was pregnant at the time, but it's not shown on camera.

Mark getting called out for checking out her bump and talking about her being pregnant, and definitely her going 'you know you wanna rub it!' his really cheeky grin.
