no, google drive don't delete videos. google only flaggs videos so you can't share it with nobody.

rename doesn't work. the file is forever on the "black list".

Is the mega desktop client free and does it work? and is it full of spy/bloat ware?

Doesn't help; thanks to YouTube copyright stuff they have some pretty sophisticated file comparison techniques (more than just a hash) to detect flagged files so you have to start doing some drastic stuff to beat it (mirroring, drastic cropping or padding, huge watermarks, re-encoding at a different data rate, etc) and even then it won't last. It's a hamster wheel.
