Well, I think my 'Fetusville' stories would make excellent live-action movies. I also have other written stories I would like to see made into movies such as 'The Need To Breed' and 'A Preggophile's Journey.'

Okay so I did some research and it looks like studios will not accept scripts unless they are backed by a trusted source such as a production company that is known in the film industry. With this being the case we would have to get an agent or entertainment executive to represent us and their services are not cheap. So at this point crowdfunding is probably our best option to get something done.

I have to ask, though, hypothetically, if we were to make a movie, would it be like a regular movie with some light fetish-y stuff, or would it be shameless indulgence with bellies everywhere?

I prefer regular movie with some light fetishy stuff for the masses to see.

I think there is a way to have both "shameless indulgence" and "light fetishy"

However, due to the different mindsets that exist in this community, it may require doing more than one film. Personally, I want to see a film in which multiple women are impregnated and experience clothes busting belly/breast expansion. All too often we see only one female character in a film becoming pregnant such as in Ant-Birth or 'Fired Barry'.

In the 2010s, there was a teaser trailer made for a fictional film called 'Pregnancy Plauge' The setting was a school campus. A group of guys notice that female students are turning up pregnant. It soon becomes obvious that the females have made a pact to breed with every single male. The group of guys find themselves trying to avoid the hungry women who want their sperm. One by one the guys get picked off until only one of them is left. He finds himself cornered in bed by a horny female who is ready to take his sperm inside her.

I would have loved to have seen that concept become an actual film but sadly it was only intended to be a parody of the film 'Pregnancy Pact'

I'll take a Juno 2 over a movie with excessive fan service. You gotta have some material other than a pregnant belly on the screen every 5 seconds.

I'd go for a redone version of the 2020 movie "Spare Parts". It has a pregnant lesbian character in it who doesn't last very long, probably because of a meta joke made earlier in the movie. She's not far along either, just a couple of months. You could definitely make a good movie that also pleases fetishists just by making her the main character and making her farther along her pregnancy.

Shameless indulgence with a competent plot or a regular movie where the main character is heavily pregnant and growing throughout the movie with light fetish-y stuff + competent plot.

The lack of a competent plot is what holds these movies back more than disappointing preg and expansion sequences, even if the premise is good on paper.

I guess, instead of making a "serious" mainstream film that also happens to appeals to pregnancy fetishists, I personally would be more content to make something that appeals specifically to us. Like, make a porn parody of some movies or TV shows, but it's a preg parody. lol (i.e. make a movie where Princess Peach eats a mushroom and becomes 9 months pregnant or something.)

That way, we'd be making our own stuff for ourselves instead of opening it up to scrutiny and criticism from the rest of the world.
