You're probably going to have a hell of a time getting it onto your phone, man. Best thing to do is download it to a PC using Chrome. Just being honest.

1. Go to this website. Click this thread "My ENTIRE Collection."

2. Click "One Piece" at the top. You will see two buttons in the center: Download and Import. Click download.

3. If, IF it asks you where you want to download the file, click your desktop and dump it there. It's easier to deal with it afterwards.

The download works well with the Chrome Browser. And you can unpack the file also with 7-zip if you have it installed.
