According to this Yahoo article Selena Gomez plays a pregnant lady and gives birth in this movie titled "In Dubious Battle".

You can see her pregnant for a split second around 2:29 but she is in the middle of giving birth. Hopefully this wont be a one off thing where shes shown pregnant for a few moment then gives birth and shell be pregnant for a good part of the film.

As a huge Selena fan, don't waste your time. What you see in the trailer is what you get. Literally maybe another 2 seconds of that same shot. The birth scene is mainly a panning shot of peoples' backs. There's a brief shot of the baby being born but you see nothing. No bare skin. But, there's a lot of her breathing and screaming if that's your thing.

That's disappointing

Amber Tamblyn Had her Baby. That was a large Pregnancy tease. Almost no pregnant shots and none any good.
