Episode 1 of Mieruko-chan has a pregnant teacher, just thought it was interesting. I can't see why they would make her pregnant, my guess is something'll happen with her later in the season?
She only gets like a few seconds of screen time so I'm still unsure, might just be there to add detail to the background characters.

No clue since I just checked the manga up to volume 6 and didn't see a teacher,only a vagina mouth ghost
