Hi! I have a big question to all of you. Do you meet and talk with pregnant women in real life or websites? Of course I mean normal encounters and conversations, where both sides feel comfortable. If you do so I would be very grateful for tips how to do that without being a freak. I know there are different countries, cultures and savoir vivre, so that would be nice if you could also write the name of your country. Love you guys

Normally when I see an attractive pregnant woman when I'm out and about, I just talk to them casually and say "Hi, if you don't mind me asking How far along are you?", and "Is it a boy or girl?"  Then I ask "can I feel the baby kick?"  If the woman says no then I usually say "I understand, I don't want you to feel uncomfortable with some random stranger asking to touch your belly."  Lastly I congratulate them on their pregnancy and just walk away.  On the news in the USA the pregnant reporters always say don't ever just randomly touch a pregnant woman's belly, always be polite by asking first if it is okay if you can touch their belly.

And there will be times where you will get lucky, and I mean extremely lucky, here’s an encounter I had a few weeks ago but haven’t had a time to vent about it. I was at Walmart doing some shopping for a party (this comes in handy later on) I was looking for cups until I saw this beautiful blondie trying to reach for something on of a larger shelf, her belly was really round and kept on hitting the shelf every time she try ti reach. I’ve always put myself in that mindset to treat everyone the same even pregnant women and to see if I could get a good encounter from them. I stared for a while until she caught a glimpse of me, she looked embarrassed and giggled, I took this opportunity to go up to her and help her out, she was trying to reach some plates that were divided, I’m a tall dude so it wasn’t a problem for me. “Thank you so much, I’ve been trying to reach these for the past couple of minutes” we had a good conversation and I told her my stuff about the party and she was telling me how much she missed being a party girl and that’s how she got pregnant, at a party!! The father doesn’t want to be in the baby’s life so she felt very upset. “I’m sorry to hear that, you’re a very beautiful lady and bringing joy another human into this world” she giggled and had a huge smile in her face. The best part was I actually helped her with her shopping and throughout the aisles, she looked in a mirror that was on stand and said, “I’m so big oh my god, but at the same time, I think I rock a baby bump” I felt my heart pound and told her it looks beautiful on her, she giggled “I’m sorry if this sounds weird but can I feel” I felt my heart drop until she said “Of course you could’ve done that a long time ago” my god when she lifted her shirt and her belly exposed, both my hands were on that belly and she just smiled and laughed the whole time, when we payed our stuff I walked to her car, she tried to hug but her belly was in the way so I hugged from the side and she wrapped her hands around my arm, “would you to feel my belly again before I leave” That caught me off guard and I accepted it. She exposes her belly again and I started rubbing that huge belly. She didn’t mind that I played with her belly button, I gave the belly a good couple taps before leaving, my god one of the best encounters of my life!!!

Was her belly button poking out? Was it mentioned at all?

Pretty much, it’s all about the approach and delivery. You don’t want to come off as creepy or weird. Usually whenever I see a pregnant woman in public when I’m with no one, I go up and ask “How far along are you?”. I then follow up with “Is it a boy or a girl?” and if they know, I ask “Have you thought of any names for them?”, and then I ask if I can feel. It has worked a few times, but it’s not a guarantee. There’s been a few times that I’ve asked how far along they are with it ending shortly after or even getting all the way to asking to feel and being rejected. Overall, it’s a matter of your approach, how your delivery is, and the woman since it varies.

I personally work with public and see a lot of pregnant ladies and my best piece of advice is talk to them like a normal person and let them bring up that they are pregnant first. In general, there are three rules that I have for conversing with women that I am not dating: do not ask weight, age or whether or not they are pregnant otherwise you could come off as insulting. But all in all, being polite and empathetic will give you the best shot at rubbing her belly, good luck out there everyone!
