manyvids takes 19% VAT. that is bullshit. I don't know if it is different for you.
so better buy the videos from clips4sale or iwantclips.

There's no federal VAT in the United States. Different states and cities have varying sales taxes on goods. Taxes on digital goods are a bit complex.
Usually the final price on anything online gets put together at checkout.

We have state sales tax here. Even my old state of NJ it was either 3% or 7% depending on where you were. I believe Herman Cain was pushing a federal sales tax during his presidential campaign in 2012. I believe the only purchases we have federal tax on that most Americans buy is gasoline, and that is a flat tax of 18 cents per gallon.

All I know is that the United States does NOT have a federal VAT tax. I suppose that in Europe sites have to collect the tax to pay off the revenue services.

I live in the USA, have ordered videos and custom videos on ManyVids, and this has never happened to me. I think it's your country, brah.
If I buy something online from a company with operations in my state (e.g. Amazon), I pay sales tax. If I buy online from a company with no operations in my state, I don't pay sales tax. That does not mean that Amazon is committing fraud.
