No longer a gendered concept, there will be cis men of any sexual orientation born without a womb to be pregnant and through c-section, deliver a baby. Would it make the world more equal among sexes and genders? esp. the risks involved in pregnancy and the needs of working parents of newborns will be heard in governments and corporations worldwide for a change. And the world population is actually, shrinking in this millennia, there are many altruistic men like in Gay relationships want to have their own baby naturally, are willing to do this, and I'm all for it.

Dressing up just isnt enough. I would love to be able to get pregnant, even with multiples. Feeling my babies kick around inside me and growing swollen breasts to feed my babies after birth is such a dream of mine.

I would do it in a heartbeat and be a surrogate if my body could take it.
I said a decade ago on another forum that I would have openly been a surrogate if the technology had progressed enough and had been proven to be as safe as possible.
(October 15, 2019, 5:52 am)DollyKnockedUp In that situation, I know some men who would very much love to run around with a baby still in the 15th month pregnant .. just to see their belly expand to crazy new dimensions. There would only be one specific situation where I'd allow that to happen to myself. It's something I've already given thought to in the past - if men were made artificially pregnant and, in theory (and likely surmising), could go longer without the facility to naturally give birth... For me, if I felt a little disappointed with my size at nine months (i.e - I was smaller than the average woman at full term), I'd like to think I could extend the pregnancy by a few weeks. Maybe a month. Until I got to the sort-of size I imagined to be. Completely selfish of course. I wouldn't want to be unnaturally large. I'd just want to be large enough to have a noticeable rounded-out bump, with enough of force from within to stretch and shallow out my belly button. Feeling my babies kick around inside me and growing swollen breasts to feed my babies after birth is such a dream of mine. Unfortunately as I don't live alone, I've never really been able to 'dress up' pregnant as such. The furthest it's ever gone has been the utilization of cushions, thinner pillows, folded towels e.t.c. I can create a reasonably realistic-looking bump under a t-shirt/jumper by carefully shaping whatever I've put underneath. In the distant past I've even created a faux popped-out belly button by using dried toilet roll that I'd previously wetted under a tap, shaped and then dried. However, it's never given me quite enough satisfaction. For me - a bare, real belly is where 'it's at'. So, I either drink a lot and have a good meal before pushing my belly out as far as I can, or alternatively, pad out the back of your trousers or whatever you're wearing with a thin cushion, towel or whatever and then finding yourself not able to really zip or button them back up - to create the illusion your belly is now too big for them.
