Figured out the problem, either watch using a vlc player or just convert all the mp4 videos to .mov

Have you tried VLC media player? A lot of times built in media players for phones don't support many file types and their codings.

But how to use VLC media player ?? Can u teach me by doing it on phone coz it's kinda of complicated to use it ..

Go to the app store, download VLC, open the app, at the bottom are buttons that say video, audio, browse, playlists, more. You can find the file from there, or alternatively, open the video with your default player, tap the ... button, open with, select VLC.

But with MEGA videos how to open the VLC from there ?? I try copy the mega link video to the VLC but it's say playback failed ... plus I watch it on phone anyway not PC .. is there any easy way for this ??

You need to download the files to your phone storage first. Then you can watch anytime, even offline.

You've said you downloaded them in a previous post. Select them and try to open them within VLC media player. You can download the app from the app store / playstore. Hope this helps.
