Looking for a B-movie I encountered a couple of years ago. Premise involves a woman’s guilt ridden ex-military brother getting involved with the antagonists and he dies. The sister then tries to find and connect with the antagonists to get revenge. Ends in a bloody shoot out with the heroine killing off the bad guys. Most notable on our end is one of the main antagonists is heavily pregnant, and meets her end when the hero shoots her in the belly a bunch of times. These are most of the details I can recall, I also remember I rented it from Amazon, however strangely my receipt from Amazon no longer reports the title, like it was deleted from their archive.
