The one Im thinking about also had like 6 people involved in the plot. and we she finally pops, she has the realization that the entire time that she was told this wont hurt and its naturally to have kids, gets crushed. and they watch her deliver a 20 lbs kid no pain meds or assitance at all.

I think whatever site had it also had a large repository (dozens, maybe hundreds of more general preg) of stories so it's definitely worth finding.
