I've been searching to no avail for an old ad for pollution awareness. In the ad, an expecting couple is overjoyed to learn that the wife is pregnant. They make the necessary arrangements but the baby won't come out. The woman keeps getting bigger to an unrealistic size. At the end scene she's seen carrying trash outside a coffee shop, still pregnant, revealing a filthy road, and the ad says something like: In a world like this, no wonder a baby doesn't want to be born.
It was once on youtube but now I can't find it.
