A single, but pregnant business woman meets a guy on a work trip (?) and then they live together all the while he has a thing for feeding her, then something about a female friend trying to get in on the action.

Sound familiar to anyone? It's a long story and don't think it was finished when I read it; if I'm not mistaken, each chapter in the story was a week in the pregnancy. It was posted here a while ago, but it might have just been a DA link and not sure how to find it.

It sort of sounds like the Pregnancy Diary of Samantha Ryan except for the feeding part. Also it's tells the story by months not weeks. It is a really long story so it might be it. Hope it is....it is one of my favourite go to reads. .
