Found this story linked on pregchan it’s pretty weird, long and over the top with a lot surreal imagery. A lot of in depth descriptions of Lara at various stages of pregnancy though so it is good for that. I think it was also posted on 4Chan as a greentext so I could post the entire thing here as well if you don’t like using fandom wiki.
