Its because of the shame that's felt from a pregnant body. Women unfortunately feel self-conscious about themselves when they're later on in the pregnancy. They view the bump as "concentrated fat" in the belly area, but we in this community find it attractive.

Kim's always talked about her figure since the beginning of the show, so it's no surprise that she'd hide away in a hole to prevent the populous from seeing her ever expanding belly. Which is also why I don't think she'll be getting pregnant in the near future.

Plus, her pregnancy was a bit of a let down anyway. Kinda like how Scarlett Johanson didn't have a lot of belly photos. It's always the highly anticipated celebrities that end up being the low end of the spectrum in these cases.

Mila Kunis is a crown jewel of this theory.

I don't know if "let down" is the right way to put it. It just sucked that we didn't get to see more of her pregnant, but when we did, it was as incredible as I think we'd all hoped.
