Because she hates pregnancy and feels like a whale. Instead she wears the least / most amount of clothes possible. Our most recent example is her see through clothing but its all black to minimize her gain and huge jackets at all times.

Though Im thinking Kris Jenner might have her do a nude photoshoot or two before they really fall off. The Kardashians are on the very last minute of their fifteen minutes of fame and they know it. I wouldnt be surprised if Kim is wearing these clothes to advertise her preggo body to the highest bidder in an effort to get some cash.

She can't help it, unfortunately. It doesn't look like any of the other Kardashian sisters will get knocked up anytime soon. There's a chance for Khloe given the gift of her nice ass and body shape, but her massive height would probably throw off her size if she were to grow big. The Jenner Sisters, Kylie or Kendall, would probably be nice pregnancies to see given either girl's model (skinny) figures would be ripe for a baby or two.That must be one hell of a tailor for those godawful dresses to contain all that belly. You would think given Kim's attention whore quality, squeezing into non-maternity clothing and footwear, she would have exploded out of something by now or worn something where she's nearly nude. Maybe we'll have to wait until Miley Cyrus gets knocked up or something. IDK

Since she avoided having to get a C-section, she should do a home birth. She know she wants to do it. As much of an attention whore she is she wouldn't want to pass up being the first "celebrity" to take video of her own live home birth. But since this isn't YouTube and she's scared of numerous fat shaming, oh well.

Shed never do it. Well see a preggo sex tape before shed do anything showing her pregnancy at home in anything besides black clothing.

At this point with Kim wasting some potentially great content, we might as well start another "What celebrity would you like to see get pregnant?" thread given the fact the original thread worked out so well; most of the celebs named have gotten pregnant since the year that thread was started.

Even though there's a number of celebrities I don't see getting pregnant now or in the future (even for fictional pregnancies in TV/movies/music videos), either not at all or using a surrogate, there’s still great number of them who would.

Im thinking Kourtney might get pregnant again soon since shes getting back with Scott but Kims time is over. I knew when she announced her pregnancy itd be a waste. We got a few good moments but notice she never stopped wearing black or those silly long jackets. Its depressing.
