Nicely done.  Looks like she managed to keep it on the DL pretty well.  I don't think one of her co-stars would be doing a TBT tweet and talking about having a playdate with the kids if anything bad happened with Kate's pregnancy.

She may not be an A-lister, but she's hardly unknown. It is really remarkable that she managed to keep tabloids at bay and successfully concealed her pregnancy for the most part, sans those couple of photoshoots in which she wasn't shy about displaying her bump. I'll do some sleuthing of my own and see if I can turn up anything more.

I know right.  Off the top of my head this may be the only celeb of her level and higher that successfully managed to keep the whole thing an absolute secret.
