@JohnWhite, I was thinking the same thing. I also think that it can go the reverse way as well. If your dad never had the fetish & you do then you child [as in a possible son] will develop it as well. You would be considered point 0 on the whole fetish then from there each generation after you will have the fetish. Going upwards like your dad for example he's a good starting point for that as well.

Yeah. The way I put it does make sense cause I was treating it as if it was on the same level as a hereditarty medical disease. Otherwise as I also stated we could also be point 0 for it. Your second comment about how all of us are showing it is also the environment and with the advent of the internet has also played a factor in this. A website like this is a safe-heaven for us.

I'm a 1980s-90s child in the last millennia grew up with a mixed-transitional-internalized divide of "if pregnancy is beautiful, can it be sexy too?".

I know my father likes his women, judging from comments he's made over the years... Never anything over the top or crossing the line, but clearly enough to show he maintains a sexual interest.

I know he's specifically mentioned belly buttons a few times (in earshot - not to me personally), so I've always wondered if that particular fetish of mine does actually come from him. 

I don't recall him ever discussing pregnancy or pregnant women though - unless he's like me and kept it very much 'undercover' for many years. I've never heard my brother mention this either. My gut feeling is that he doesn't and it's 'just me'.

Truth is not bigotry

I sometimes wonder. I know my dad got my mom pregnant on their honeymoon and they obviously went on to have quite a lot of unprotected sex which resulted in 4 pregnancies in fairly rapid succession. And here I am a man in my 40s with a pregnancy and impregnation fetish
