I think the modernization of Japan since the 1950s made it stronger though (Very low birth rates, high depression and suicide rates, obsession with electronic devices).
Japanese are cool people, they don't regard sex as something "dirty" as Judeo-Christian cultures (including Muslims), and the population is about 120 million, so it's kinda easy to find a pregnant lady willing to shoot a scene.

I wasn't 100% sure if the videos I've been seeing were from Japan, for all I knew they were from Korea, so I figured better safe and say 'Asia', that said, it does make sense it's mainly Japan.

I would think that you would find a lot of it from China seeing as they have a TON of kids (and hence pregnant women) over there. The fact that their government is an oppressive Communist regime means that it wouldn't surprise me if they had banned all that stuff.
