Good idea, the Intl MP Asso. should be representative of the world's 195-202 nations, the US' 50 states plus 9 territories, and the top 100 most populated cities in the world and the US (including Mexico City and the Valley of Mexico, and Chicago IL-Gary IN to mention). We also have Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok...also Youtube. I wonder the OP is the asso. president or he/she is looking for one. 

Another community I can think of with a high birth rate, large sized families and women/people who may be fine with a fetish fix (a sizable minority, but we know where to go) is Loma Linda CA. The town has many Mormons/Latter day saints, Seventh-Day Adventists and Sabbatarian Baptists (also Jehovah's witnesses, Christian science and Liberal Christians in non-denominational/Evangelical Protestant churches), but this is about culture not religion. There are women over age 50 having babies, pre-op/non-op transmen and polyamorous families in communities in progressive southern CA where I happen to live (I'm in the Palm Springs area with a large LGBT community, such as Lesbians and Bisexuals among the more numerous Gay male and Transwomen populations). I bet over half of the world's Intl MP Asso membership roll will be LA city and county, Orange county, Santa Barbara and Ventura, and who knows Bakersfield in southern Central valley. And our ethnic diversity has cultures known to having an above-average birth rate, then you have college towns and someone said military towns, and social liberal sections of my state CA, the Intl MP Asso HQ would be Oceanside/San Clemente CA known for universities, Marine corps base and laid-back about "what (ever) floats your boat, man/dude", the towns are located exactly between L.A./Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Long Beach, Riverside/San Bernardino and San Diego/Tijuana-the border.
