Yeah I lurk instagram, but I do it silently, I don't put them on blast, I don't comment on how fucking hot they look in their family photos. It's no wonder women get creeped out. I've met some pregnant women before who were pleasantly surprised by and appreciated the admiration during a time when some women feel very strange and unsexy. Of course, those cases were instances where the admiration was offered as a friendly conversational point and it wasn't thrown in their faces in a manner that would creep them out.
