The scar would be lower than the waistband on the pants she's wearing in either photo. Doesn't mean it wasn't a vaginal delivery, but we can't really tell from these photos.

She said in that last video that it was 'the last...before she gave birth through cesarean'. So, yeah.

Only natural triplet birth I've heard of was the Trama triplets one on YT.
