Take it from me man, like I said, I've been in almost the exact same boat and I'm not completely out yet even. You need to build a better support network, I do think talking about things here is fine since we'll understand the fetish in ways others likely won't but you do need friends and family who can help and support you in ways you can't.

Think of it this way, the above is the best way to get as better as you can, when you're better, the likelihood of a future pregnant encounter will go up.

Ah, I see. Maybe consider getting a sex doll as part of your treatment plan? This may sound weird but, technology has progressed to point where they have realistic proportions, style and proper jiggle physics(if you know what I mean). They even make ones that are pregnant. It could be a good way for you to engage your sexual energy physically and safely. They are expensive(600-2000 US dollars) but, it could worth the investment for your emotional well being.

For now, though, I am working on taming my urges through the Four-Step Method outlined in the book, Brain Lock by Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz. I will also busy myself with activities related to regaining my web development and design skills, improving my social, interpersonal and communication skills, and spending time with my child while working on living independently.
