I'm a guy,  who frequently dresses pregnant, I especially love a pregnant women in labor, it has always been a fantasy for me to experience labor my self. I know the real thing is obviously not able to happen. So my question is does anyone else do labor simulations and how do you / if you do make realalistic contractions?

Methods I have tried include 

Tens unit with 4 probes on my abdomen (don't really think it's what it's supposed to feel like or I can't get the timing /length right.)

Pumped air into myself just until it started to hurt, then stopped and let it relax it's self by expelling it.

Thougt about sometype on abdomen contractor that I can do, but looking for other ways to try or improve my ways

The closest you're going to get is probably through the use of electric muscle stimulation. Often enough professionals practice EMS so they can run experiences for those who are curious on the opposite gender or even skeptical on how painful contractions can be, a way for guys to feel more compassionate and understanding for their partner. You can buy a variety of devices but of course if you don't want to be confined, you're wanting something that could slip into your pocket while the electrodes are still connected to your lower abdomen and also provide medical grade performance which is key to it not feeling all weak. I'm not sure how effective the smaller devices will be but I'm sure it's worth a try if you have the money to burn for the potential experience.

There is bloating but of course I don't consider that to be a healthy option if done quite frequently, drinking lots of coke or eating plenty of watermelon, coke and mentos, baking soda and coke, sprite and bananas etc. They're all really intensive bloats that will bring about prolonged aches and pains.
